Virtuas is a growing startup looking for a sales and marketing intern who can assist with our sales and marketing efforts. The right candidate would be able to assist us in building marketing strategies to meet business goals, developing online campaigns, and crafting content that makes an impact.

The position is hybrid, with 75-80% remote (work from home) and 20-25% in-person. Our team does meet up regularly enough that this role is only for those who live in the Houston area.

This is a paid Internship opportunity open to current students or recent graduates, with an opportunity to come onboard full-time.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic planning and marketing initiatives to help us achieve our business goal
  
• Write content - articles, customer handouts, presentation decks, etc
  
• Support the sales team by working to create customer-facing promotional materials, case studies, etc.
• Assist with sales activities, including putting together quotes and proposal
• Manage website content, including composing articles and updating our web site (WordPress)
• Own the social media for Virtuas by managing existing accounts, helping to formulate strategy, developing content, and posting across social media channels on a regular basis

Compensation: $20-25 per hour
